As therapy is an individual process, the frequency and duration of treatment is different for everyone; therefore, at the onset of treatment, this is best determined between you and your clinician.
If you are an existing client, you can book treatment sessions online through your client portal (via the jane app) or by emailing your clinician.
If you are a new client and are interested in our services, you can contact us to set up a 15-minute consultation (free of charge) to determine if Northern Elm Assessment and Treatment services are right for you.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide a minimum of two days notice. If an appointment is cancelled with less than two days notice, 50 percent of the session fee will apply.
If you are a new or existing client, and you need to cancel an upcoming appointment, you can either do so through your client portal or by directly emailing your clinician.
